Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for domestic after-sales product installation training or other technical training;

2. Responsible for customer complaints or warranty services;

3. Responsible for answering customer product questions;

4. Travel to China to visit customers or agents, handle client complaints on site;

5. Collect all kinds of feedback information from domestic peers and agents, and communicate with R & D department to solve the corresponding problems.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in biomedical engineering, automation, computer, electrical engineering and related, experience in after-sales service is preferred; (Fresh graduates and interns with outstanding acceptance ability)

2, experience in medical device industry, endoscope field is preferred;

3, familiar with the principle of computer composition, with basic circuit and component knowledge.
